FORMEA coordinates product feasibility, selected Korean formulation, sample development, packaging and manufacturing setup, and production or export checkpoints. The exact scope is confirmed for each product, manufacturer and target market.
2. What are the two starting paths?
Ready-Formula Private Label begins with an existing Korean base formula. Custom Product Development begins with a product brief and feasibility review. Availability is confirmed for the selected product, manufacturer and target market.
3. What product categories can be reviewed?
- FORMEA reviews skincare categories against the product brief, formula route, packaging, manufacturer and target market. Category availability is confirmed during feasibility review and should not be assumed in advance.
4. How is MOQ confirmed?
MOQ is confirmed per product and manufacturer.
Packaging choice and component availability can change the required quantity.
Pilot quantities may be considered separately.
Products cannot be combined automatically to meet a minimum.
Formula type and target market requirements are reviewed before commercial confirmation.
5. How does sample development work?
Sample scope, cost, timing and feedback rounds are agreed before work begins. FORMEA coordinates the selected base or custom development path and records feedback before the next commercial commitment.
6. How long does product development take?
- Timing depends on the formula route, sample scope, testing, packaging, manufacturer capacity and target market. FORMEA confirms the working timeline only after feasibility and commercial inputs are reviewed.
7. How are packaging options selected?
- FORMEA reviews stock and custom packaging options against formula compatibility, quantity, lead time and target market needs. The final packaging scope is confirmed with the selected suppliers and manufacturer.
8. What testing or regulatory support is available?
- Testing and documentation requirements are reviewed for the selected formula, manufacturer and target market. FORMEA coordinates available inputs, but does not guarantee regulatory approval or universal market readiness.
9. What documents may be available?
Available documents depend on the formula, manufacturer and destination market. A project-specific checklist may include ingredient, quality, manufacturing or export documents, subject to confirmation from the relevant provider.
10. How are production and logistics coordinated?
After commercial confirmation, FORMEA coordinates agreed production checkpoints and clarifies the logistics scope available for the project. Incoterms, shipping method, cost and timing are confirmed separately for each order.
11. What is the best way to start a project?

12. What happens if the brief is not feasible?
FORMEA will explain the constraint and identify the next decision, such as revising the formula direction, packaging, quantity, target market or timing. No project proceeds to the next commitment without confirmation.

- Each stage ends with a review before the next commitment. This keeps scope, cost, timing and responsibility visible while the product moves from brief to feasibility, samples, validation and commercial confirmation.
